I have recently installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 and When ever i open Raw file in Camera raw it stuck with Yellow or blue screen and nothing was happend like the screen shot.
You may be faced this problem like me.
After 1 hour researching finaily i have sloved this problem .
First Go To Edit >Camera Raw>Uncheck Graphics Processor
